What we collect

When you install Boxy, we collect the information needed to connect to your Salla store and run the app:

• Your store details (store ID, name, and locale) provided by Salla during installation
• OAuth access and refresh tokens used to communicate with the Salla API on your behalf
• Product data synced from your store (names, prices, images, stock levels, variants)
• Order data (what each customer picked inside each box, order status, and timestamps)

What we do not collect

We do not collect payment information, passwords, or any personal data about your customers beyond what Salla shares with us as part of the order (such as order ID and item selections).

How we use your data

We use your data solely to operate Boxy — to build and display your boxes, keep products and stock in sync, and show you order details in the dashboard. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.

Data storage

Your data is stored securely and retained as long as your store has Boxy installed. When you uninstall the app, your data is deleted within 30 days.

Third parties

Boxy connects to the Salla API to function. No other third parties have access to your data.
